Thank God for having me to stay at home today so that i have the chance to see those Shifu(Deity) from Thailand that came to my house to give blessing and 'Feng Shui'(Chinese astronomy). I believes in every words that the Deities said. As there's this chinese saying "It's better to believe than regret later"(something like that, i can't remember the chinese words ;/)
Now, i felt so blessed and so honoured to have them stepping into my house seeing them in person!
I was wondering how did they become the Deity and my curiosity was unriddled!
Since they are born, the bones in them that could let Gods of Buddhism possessed into their body and delivered the message to us, the commoners. I met the 'Generals' and 'qi wang ye' and until now i still feel surreal, I ACTUALLY GET TO MEET THE DEITIES FROM THAILAND ALL THANKS TO MY GRANDMOTHER!!! ohhhh, the Deities called me "small girl" and smiled at me when we waved goodbye (';
Having said that, I actually felt closer to God when the Deities talked to me!
It happened that my grandmother came to know these Shifu from a frequent visit to the temple at Thailand and today, they flown all the way to Singapore for a visit and we played as a host to them. Thanks to Shifu, my grandma cooked a sumptuous dinner that has abalone and shark fin soup!! *drooling eh?!*
As usual, when the cousins met up, it will be hell lots of fun!
I can't wait for Chinese New Year to meet up with all my relatives and cousins, I'm blessed to have such nucleon and distant families.
Polaroid with le two cousins!
Those antique cameras that are collected by my grandfather during his era, hoping he will pass it to me one day );
Dad had asked my grandpa about it before but he kept mum...
I think it's in the genes that i love vintage things because of my grandpa and dad!
Cousin tied up my hair and realised my reddish dye has turned to orangish-brown );
